This item is 100% cruelty, fish, egg and dairy-free. It’s also delicious as are ALL of the items that The Skinny NYC has been giving you during this #22DaysVegan challenge. You can broil it, bake it or even fry it. But a very creative way of eating this lobster is as a Lobster Roll.

You’d just cook it and chop it into pieces and mix it with your favorite vegan Mayo (Earth Balance vegan mayo is best) and your favorite chopped veggies. After you mix it, add it to any vegan hot dog roll and enjoy a Vegan Lobster Roll.
